Zen timeout

While coloring a mandala, we can appreciate the colors, lines, curves, the time we spend in solitude, enjoying a simple pleasure from our childhood.

Mandala

Being mindful is about being present, paying attention to the moment, clearing our mind of distractions, focusing on simply resting in the present moment. We do this through different practices: meditation, walking, cooking, cleaning, coloring, or simply taking a moment to take a deep breath and appreciate our bodies. While coloring a mandala, we can appreciate the colors, lines, curves, the time we spend in solitude, enjoying a simple pleasure from our childhood.
