Earth, sea, and sky

In this sacred place, all four elements blend and coexist in harmony casting a spell that lingers on my soul for days on end.

Haulover Beach

Haulover Beach. Miami, Florida. 2014

In this sacred place, all four elements blend and coexist in harmony casting a spell that lingers on my soul for days on end. Earth meets water and stretches out to seek air on the horizon reaching up to the sky to meet a fiery sun. On days like this, my body opens and welcomes all of Nature’s bounty. Stretched out and supported by sand, I dig my feet deep collecting the energy of the Earth, allowing it to fill my being, nourishing my body. In the ocean, I wash my cares away and rejuvenate my Spirt, bathing it in love and abundance. As I inhale the ocean breeze, my body fills with grace and the energy of Spirit, replenishing all I have spent on daily worries and cares. Then, in an act of purification, the light the sun burns away all my past misdeeds and sins, allowing me to rise emboldened and phoenix like—new—into a new day.
